Our story

From Thermi to four markets.

Orthotech is headquartered in Thermi, the dental-tech corridor just outside Thessaloniki. From there we coordinate clinical training, distribution, and Treatment Planning services across Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Malta.

Our team is small, expert, and deliberately regional. Each market has its own clinical coordinator and language coverage. The result: the doctors we support get the same clinical depth as practices in larger markets — without the friction of dealing with a global distributor remotely.

Founded in Thessaloniki

Established as the Invisalign representative for Greece — the first market in the region.

2008

Cyprus expansion

Extended coverage to Cyprus with a clinical coordinator based on the island.

2014

Bulgaria market entry

Began operations in Bulgaria with a Sofia-based team and dedicated demo centre.

2017

iTero partnership

Added the iTero scanner line — extending from clear aligners to chairside digital impressions.

2018

Malta operations

Launched services in Malta with quarterly practice visits and local clinical escalation.

2024+

Treatment Planning Service

Launched the Assisted Planning service, building ClinCheck plans for practices across the region.
